A skilled visa is granted to the applicant only and not to multiple parties. So to turn the question around slightly, If you are already married, then usually, one partner applies and if successful, the visa is granted to the 'principle' applicant and his/her spouse then automatically gets a visa too ( and children if there are any under 21).
The visa however, is subject to a requirement that the 'principle' applicant arrives before the others....in reality all this means is that the principle visa holder stands in the customs queue first. I know that sounds funny, but its true.

A couple in Australia can get the same benefits as a married couple if they make a statutory declaration that they are living together and can demonstrate that this has been going on for some time. At this stage, unfortunately, it applies only to heterosexual couples. I would imagine, but I am not sure, that the same conditions would apply to anyone visiting Australia. You should look at the Department of Immigration web page at http://www.immi.gov.au which should answer your questions.

a person can apply for a visa. as part of this he/she can nominate dependents i.e. child/spouse/partner and they will be granted a dependent visa if you get your working visa.

you dont have to be married to get a visa and the phrasing for your question sucks. and if you cant even take the time to articulate your questions properly you wont be getting any answers.
