We better hope China. I don't trust Russia at all and anyone who thinks the Cold War really ended is mistaken. China has proven to be a better ally on the war on terror than Russia. China has no detention camp for Islamic terrorist, there is a reason for that. They're all dead.

Perhaps the best predictor of future events is the past. The most recent face-off between Russia and China was WWII, whereas Russia easily moved troops across China in the waning days of the war.

It depends on the definition of 'winning' of course, but looking further at the past we see that Russia is the more experienced military in crossing the borders of other countries.

Hence the conclusion that Russia would look the more likely for advantage points over China in any future war between them.

Cheers!

China will win. They only have to send a million soldiers over the border with their hands up. The next week the same, and so on. According to the Geneva intervention, prisoners of war have to be fed, clothed and looked after. Russia will very soon have an economic break down. If no other countries will help, than China has won in a very short time without a rifle fired on their part....................

With China's massive population and the threat of being over run, Russia would quickly have no option but to elevate the conflict to the the nuclear level. Tactical nukes at first in an attempt to stem the human wave racing into their territory. Then when that fails it will have to resort to strategic nuclear weapons. By that time China will have to give their commanders nuclear release to counter Russia's weapon.

So in the end....no one wins.

Russia would easily be able to beat China due to superior naval and air power. The Chinese haven't engaged in combat since they jumped in to the Korean conflict. Any "advanced" weaponry they have they got from the Russians. Rest assured the Russians wouldn't hesitate to inflict massive casualties on the Chinese army from the Air.

nicely the U. S. has the biggest militia interior the international heavily observed by using China and Russia and Iran has a fanatical struggling with tension because of their faith. If it replaced into only an undemanding conflict (no nukes or comparable) then this is demanding to tell, yet once you up it to an entire out atomic conflict then it might blow a million/2 the international to products and after that this is all of us wager as to the way it might end and who might emerge effective.

China would inevitably win, but it would destroy China financially. No other countries would want to trade with it, assuming it started the war.
