I have both of those systems and I have to say I prefer the PS2. The PSP is portable and it is said to be better. The PS2 has more games and plays them much better. The PSP has games but they are not as big because they have to be smaller in size so they can be portable. For instance in baseball games that I have there is no season on the PSP game but their is for the PS2. Its really up to you...do you want something portable or something you can have more fun on?

PSP, because it's portable, can play games, movies, music, access internet, etc.
