Normally it drops JUST before Christmas too...
I got my NEW TV on 12/3....I watched the prices over the next month or so....
It NEVER dropped....
In fact, I got LUCKY because it was actually $100 LESS than the rest of the year...
I think you'd be better to shop during Thanksgiving to Christmas....

prices drop all the time when newer technology arrives, hd tvs are cheaper anyway as full hd tvs are out now, if you dont need one yet why bother yet
