Rom 4:8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

According to the Psalmist, the blessed person is one whose sins are forgiven.
Psa 32:1 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Psa 32:2 Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
