If your child is born in Canada, they'll have citizenship.

if you give birth in Canada you will have to pay for all medical services

They say when pregnant you should ot travel? Hmmm
but I don't blame you for wanting to have your child in Canada !!!!:):)
ps but please understand your not canadian so you do have to pay for medical service ...it would not be free for you !
So I suggest you have insurance that will cover it
