As Richard Dawkins points out, a God must have had an extremely complex mind, and the power to wield extreme amounts of energy, in order to instigate the Big Bang. This is not how cosmology works - events happen in very slow, incremental steps.

I am of the opinion that a Big Crunch from a previous universe 'created' the Big Bang, and that the matter we see before us now in an ordely state is the matter stewn from a previous exotic universe. I think this has happened many, many times before, again - in slow, incremental steps.

Both A and B are unlikely - but one must be true, of course.

B. Eternal Matter Cycling would make sense, if not for the extreme mathematical impossibilities of a world like our developing by chance. It is beyond improbable, it is absurdly improbable and in the end not possible.
