I know exactly what you are saying...the way I deal with it is I use my intellect and my faith to get me through those times. I ask God, "How long is this one going to last, Lord?". Then I realize the feeling I have is temporary and will eventually get turned around. It sounds like you are a tender hearted person. My prayer for you is that you will always and forever lean on God and be a blessing to others. Once we pull our focus away from ourselves and look to the needs of others then we have showers of blessings that are overflowing. God bless you young one...you are in my prayers. I pray that you make good choices so you and your future generations will have good health and wisdom. He promises us peace, joy, and love if only we would follow Him. Eat well, sleep, exercise, and praise the Lord always and you will find peace.
