if hair does not grow, i heard rogaine is good, buy some follow the directions on the package and hope it works.

i really hope you only posted this for the shock value and this didnt actually happen.
if it doesnt grow bak, thats probably good because not many girls want to, um, venture into the jungle.
shaving doesnt damage the follicles in any way so shaving WILL NOT cause hair not to grow back. if you waxed it though, thats a different story. if you waxed it and removed the hair by the roots and it doesnt grow back, you have damaged the follicles and it will never grow back unless you use grafts from areas with hair.

you really don't know what you want mate, why did yo completely shave them first place ? If they haven't grown after 11 months, you need to see a doctor, something's not right. SERIOUSLY , that is so weird !
