how can i acsess the flash drive on my psp now its bricked?

i stupidly deleted the contents of flash0, i have backed it up but i cant get it back on!!! i cant acsess the recovery menu or anything!!! pleaseeeee help me!!!!

erm
if holding r trigger down when you start it up [to enter recovery] doesnt work then youll have to unbrick it using a pandoras battery

you need to make a pandora battery. You bricked by deleting key info.
