this is not a joke .my mother who is 88 is looking for a carer who she might invite to her bedroom at a later stage.surely this is not permited anyway.as i said this is no joke

Tell her how you feel about this, if you let her keep going then its her way of you saying go ahead its a great idea.

By all means talk to your mother about it but be prepared for a polite its none of your business and to be quite frank its not shes your mother and if the roles were reversed you would be the first to tell her to back off its your life

What you are apprehending may not be true.Still you should politely discuss the matter with your mother and detail the inherent dangers involved.
