I LOVE women's soccer, and if you actually watch a game, like a USWNT game, or UNC women's soccer team, you'd like it. UNC just won their 19th ACC championship, out of 21. And the USWNT is great, have you ever seen Carli Lloyd or Shannon Boxx score a goal from 35 yards out in the upper 90 part of the goal? They are so good!!! Personally I think UNC is more exciting to watch, but the point is Women's soccer has a future. Just wait until the new WUSA comes out! Thank you for the question!!!

I don't think it will ever be because if you ask most ladies themselves they would rather watch a mens game rather than a ladies game. My dad manages a ladies team and i've been watching them when i was 9 years old (8years ago) and the quality is somewhat different to a mens game (don't get me wrong though they play better football than most mens team do but there is a huge stereotype surrounded by women footballers). But because the quality isn't as good there is gona be a lack of sponsership so i don't think that it should be as big as the mens game.

No because womens football is really not that good, i'm not sexist it's sort of like watching the EPL and then the MLS the MLS is poor to. If more women played the standard of football would probably be better.

honestly, and i'm a girl so you cant call me sexist, popularity is not a matter of rights...women are awesome @ football but the men's game is better and more interesting. when the women's premier league starts up again in the US, maybe it'll get more popular, but until then i can see why no one watches it...

Womens football will never be as popular as mens football.The mens game is much faster and a lot more skillful, but women are much better than men at sports like synchronized swimming.
