im 13 and my stomach isnt that muscular. how can i tone it up?

please be careful, at thirteen your body has not developed fully, although, it soon will be, so do not try and "pump" your stomach muscles excessively, although, regular exercise is important. i suggest taking up swimming, it will not only tone your abs and "stomach" muscles, but it will give you a great allround figure, everyone will be jealous of! you will look and feel HOT!

For girls, the trick is in your legs. Crunches only work the very top of the tummy. Lay on your back, raise your legs almost all the way up, now slowly lower them but dont let them touch the floor. About 4 inches off of the floor. Now raise them back up. Keep your back flat and do all the work using your leg and butt muscles. Only do like 15 the first time and work your way up. Flat lower tummy guaranteed! Hurts huh?no pain no gain!

I do 50 sit ups in the morning at it really helps you can feel the difference after just a few days
but warning for the first few days of doing this your gonna feel the pain lol

Do situps morning noon and night. Always hold tummy in when walking - tense the muscles and your shoulders back and chest out. You should see results within 3 months and you will also have a nice posture - ............

If you go to a gym they have these bars that you can hang on and pull yourself up but what you want to do is hang off of it an pull your legs to your stomach repeatedly. Sounds easy but it's not.

Try to do sit-ups whenever you can, for example when watching TV, between study breaks etc. And if you can, do at least 30 sit-ups per sessions.

Work out with some weights.

just get active in any activiaty at 13 worry about school more then being the hulk
