course they can...it doesnt depend on the gender of a person in order to carry someone else. It all depends on the size weight and strength of the people.

Sure firewoman do it. They have to be able to carry. It is part of their training, and you can only carry what your legs will allow you to hold. Build up your leg strength and it will not be a problem.

yes becaouse am a girl and i can do that but i really dont recommend such thing cus its bad for your back big time cus guys are normlly heavier than us and you could get a bad back if you do this so be carefull.
