I recognize no authority capable of knowing what or IF a God is saying anything!
And do you KNOW everybody in the world? How do YOU know they're committing sin? How do YOU know they refuse "to obey God's instructions?"
You're the kind of fundie who offends many people, in the extreme.

Centuries ago, old men who tended sheep and herded goats in the desert started the God thing to mitigate their pitiful, hard-scrabble existence. They invented God and Paradise and hell to give meaning to their wretched lives. These old men made God in their own image. This was the genesis of the Bible. Through the centuries many gullible humans bought into the myths contained in this so-called "holy book." Simply put, these men WROTE that God said this and God said that, and claimed that this was "God's Word." Apparently you're a Christian, and obviously you believe that your Bible contains "the word of God." Feel free to follow your religious beliefs, but don't worry about others who don't subscribe to the mythical tales of old men. Go forth and sin no more.

The Bilble says we are living in the last days at 2 Timothy 3 vs 1, 4 it says "But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here"............................... vs 4 says ....... "betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God," This is the reason why the people hate listening to what God is saying. These days most people love pleasure than God.

For fear of losing selfish worldly gain and a lack of faith.
P.S It is expected that we sin we are human. To the man without sin cast the first stone
(p.s again,) knock and I shall answer, ask and you shall receive.
Hearing god is relevant to hearing what your parents teach you and the conscience mind of a believer. Do not be fooled by wolves in sheep clothing they are only here bashing what a small human mind cannot grip.

Humans move away from God before they remember the wealth of their Father... and only then do they turn around and go home. This is from the story of the Prodigal Son.
More details on how it all works... "Gospel Enigma" A free resource at New Free Books. That book is right at the top.

there is no instructions from god. it is quite foolish to understand like that. why there is only instructions for human beings. why not for animals. if there is any for animals, are they able to obey.
it is all imagination of human beings. but a web is created to run the human society smoothly in the name of god that we should follow certain ethics. these instructions are our own.

Jesus and the prophets in the Old Testament, predicted that in the last days, men would be haters of God. If you start studying a little prophecy or have a look at www.prisonplanet.com you will understand a bit more.
Also God said, in the last days he would send delusion upon those who keep on refusing to believe in Him.<><

Sin is a state of mind as told by one cultures opinion. God is also an Opinion. I don't believe in any Gods. How can a person hear what an Imaginary being is saying?

Provide evidence that your god ever said anything at all.
I steadfastly ignore those who CLAIM they are telling me what they think their god is saying. I have found that most of the time they aren't telling me anything that their god actually said. They're telling me what they WANT their god to have said, and have convinced themselves that he said it.
