Anyone use it before? can i see though object well? can it see though person?

52mm refers to the filter size. Different lenses have different filter sizes.

IR is "Infrared" - light beyond the visible spectrum.

No,you won't be able to see through an object or a person.

Do a Search for Infrared photography so you can see what it is.

Most digital cameras have an IR filter over the sensor which means you can't take IR photos with them. You can do this simple test: point a TV remote at your camera lens with the shutter open. Press the "ON" button on the remote. If you see a red dot of light on the viewscreen or your image then your camera is IR capable. If you don't see a red dot then your camera has an IR filter.
