It's not good for your body to take a bath right after working out. You must take a rest for about an hour to dry your sweat naturally before taking shower or bath.

Sure, why not?

It is recommneded that you alternate between hold and cold showers. This helps in better recovery if you have had a heavy workout. Personally I eat/drink my protein right after my workout and then jump in the shower right after. I do get much better sleep when I do that and sleep is very important for recovery

can't see why not... you are all sweaty and stinky. Helps clear you pores after the sweat and stuff, the sweat from workout usually gives pimples... Take a bath, it wont hurt!

I see what you mean with exposure to cold air , etc. But you wont get sick...unless you run outside nude right after the shower... But either way...wouldnt you want to get that funk off of you?

Yes, you need to cleanse your skin after a workout because sweat can clog your pores. You also want to be clean & fresh :D
