I'm a medium brown as I am and I've got jet black hair. I'm thinking of getting highlights in red and brown. Brown is a safe colour for me, since it will blend with my face and hair. But, red?

The shade of red must compliment the brown and black at the same time. I was thinking of bright red, but wouldn't it make the brown look silly?

Your advice is what I want!

Erm...if it's of any use to you, I've also got yellow undertones in my brown skin.

I would do more contrast and keep the jet black hair and highlight with fiery red. You would have to bleach the hair you want to dye red first so that it will show up. Brown and red doesn't go as well as black and red.

specific, bleach and then dye it. bear in mind the latest learn says that using chemical components for loss of life are reasons of a few blood illnesses (Chemical commute by using hair roots to blood vessels). So be careful.

Red what? As in Red Hair or as in Red Balloon? Yes Red Balloon would be ridiculous. As in Red Hair probably not if done right.
