I was 20 years into my business, and never really knew leadership until I became a boyscout leader for my sons class and followed that rat pack all the way through.......So .......

You know they keep asking me to do that. To become a scout leader. Might just go ahead and do it.

I wasn't a leader, but I was a Girl Scout for 9 years. I'm an honorary Cub Scout too (basically I did a lot of volunteer work with my brother's Cub Scout group). :)
My dad...yes my dad...was my Girl Scout leader for awhile when our leader quit unexpectedly and there wasn't anyone to take her place. It was a great experience for me. I'd love to be a Girl Scout leader some day. :)

I have been a girl Scout, and a now a Soccer mom... Never the actual Leader.. It is very time consuming. I think it is great if you have the time and patience to do it.
