The scary part is that God knew that all those angels would fall and turn into demons and the devil. After all, God knows everything.

True enough. And, for that reason it is easy to understand that there must be evil in there somewhere. This is one of the anomalires of the judeo-christian belief structure. On one hand they say the devil is the father of all lies, and then they tell you that this god created him. So the devil actually came from this god, there must be evil in there some where.

In turn God made child molesters, rapists and murderers too and this is a proud thing. God also created hurricanes, tornado's, tsunami's, typhoon's, earthquake's, fire's and everything else that kills innocent and good loving people. Oh, and don't forget he also created the terrorists too.... Free will can be used for some excuses but not everything.

He created things beautiful. He created the angels. Lucifer turned against Him and was cast out of heaven. Thus he became the devil. All those with him are the long ago angels who chose to follow him. They are all the fallen angels.

God created an angel who was good. The angel rebelled and became evil. God did not create evil.

No.
I had always thought that the angels (including the fallen angels) were eternal like God is.

Everything is everything, man.
Pro 16:4 The LORD hath made all [things] for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
