Kind and loving is important, right? And it's hard to find!
I know your parents are probably very unhappy with this set up, but
(1) you are 20yo and therefore an adult, able to make adult decisions
(2) the decision making you have learned has come at least in part from your parents ... do they think that this fellow should be refused service at a bar because he is black?
I'm a Chinese guy, going out with a white girl. The relationship is all good! It's the best relationship I've ever been in! Fortunately, we're older than you are and our parents don't have much say in the matter.

Do whatever you want t do, and I think interracial dating and interracial love are great things. I am now in an interracial relationship, and I am now dating with a man I met on interracialmatch.com. He is really a great guy, and I am quite appreciate it. So if you ant to have a try, just go ahead.

expand your thoughts a bit.
if your parents don't accept your relationship, guess what, lot's of other people will reject you as well.
let's see....
some of your neighbors? some people at the mall? some of your friends? some people who just hate everyone and everything.
that's a lot of people, if you think about it.
so don't think about it. you will both have to really talk about these things so you can prepare yourself for 'other people' speaking their opinion. that's all it is, an opinion.
so, you can't let 'everyone out there' influence what you feel and know about each other.
or, you can.

If you're 20 then you can do whatever you want and no longer have to listen or obey your parents. Kick them to the curb if they complain.
