I think the reason behind the actions are the most important. Talent is nice, hard work is nice. A guy who brags about either is unpleasant. A guy who tries hard to show he has either is unpleasant. You learned a song to impress her... you want to play it for her because she'll enjoy it. She'll notice that more than anything.

hmm... well, this is hard...
but i guess i value them both equally...
talent comes naturally, so it wud definitely impress girls if u learned it in a short amount of time...
but then, if i find out that some guy spent a long time on a song just for me, i'd be really flattered...
unless he's meant to be doing smth more important...

sorry, i don't think i'd be any help XD
it depends purely on that person...

good luck!~ ^-*

Neither one of those. We like Personalily.

If you have to make silly things up like pretend you worked on it - that's not a very good sign personality-wise. The funniest thing would be if you told her "Oh, I worked soo hard on this for an entire week" she'd smirk and say "How interesting. I learned it in 2 days. You're probably not very bright"

Just be yourself. If she doesn't like talented people well that's too bad.

I think the final product is the most important, but the fact that you put in so much effort is also important. Don't milk it and act like you learned the hardest song in the world because that's pathetic. At the same time, don't act like that **** just comes naturally to you. Find a happy medium.
