So far, Cap'n One-Eye is the only answer that rings true. As a recovering alcoholic I can tell you that you need to go to an Al-Anon or Al-A-Teen meeting right away. Look in the Telephone book under Alcoholics Anonymous and call the number and they will direct you to one in your area for that day or ASAP. Often rides can be arranged for those who do not drive. You will get the support and knowledge you need to deal with this situation and by learning what to NOT do you may get help for both of your parents. Whether they are alcoholic or not need not worry you because you will learn how to cope and the support provided will make your life a lot better.

My Brother would drink like that. He died of alcohol poisoning. And yes he was an alcoholic.

only you can answer that question if your life is unmanageable than you have a problem as a recovering alcoholic i would sagest going to AA yes
