Will a girl in college make sexual statements(sexual innuendos) towards guys they like? Also, what else is common signs she is interested?

Only if they really like him, and if the guy manages to get them into a conversation.
All difficult, but worth trying.
My suggestions are:
(1) Work on yourself. Get involved in some things that you can do in groups ... fun activities. You'll meet more people that way.
Develop a bit of self esteem. Girls can smell "desperate" a mile away and most of them will run or cold-shoulder you.
(2) Work on the girl
Check the body language - watch where she looks - what makes her preen or fiddle - who she's pointing her knee and her toe(s) at.
Get into conversation and keep it cool. Casual / relaxed. A bit of a compliment - don't go over the top (nice dress ... or I like your hair like that ... something like that). Notice them. Pay attention without staring.
Invite her to something you'd be going to do - again casual - non threatening. Preferably a lunch thing or an afternoon thing. Don't make it seem like you're going to buy her dinner. You won't get anywhere by trying to obligate a girl to you ... and it seems creepy to them.
If she knocks you back, maybe you approached it wrong or maybe she's just not into you.

infant, once you're 40+ will you PLEASE make sexual innuendos in direction of me? LOL incredibly, i think of they're lonely, ill, twisted adult men who prey on something that walks.. i don't address them, reason if I did, i might cause them to cry like the sissies they're! Cheers =)

im a college girl but that doesnt mean i would be that straightforward although some women would do that,
