Death curses can be directed at anyone whom one considers to be an enemy. Curses do not work with some form of karmic effect (IE: he had it coming so the curse works). Such curses can be warded off either through magical or religious means.
Your question makes me a bit uncomfortable so I will say this. Death curses are black magic. This is NOTHING to be playing around with. If you are now practicing magick, I would recommend you NOT pursue this path. You may not like the price you will pay for enlisting the powers of darkness to do your bidding.

What's death magick? What exactly would your intent be? To kill someone? If so you are directing harmful intent and yeah it could befall someone close to the person you are directing it toward as well.
Magick is about working with probabilities, however...so you really only use it for things that have a high enough probability of happening anyway. That's why all those lotto spells don't work too well.

The Lord Jesus Christ rebuke thee.
The blood of Jesus cleanses from all sin.
Repent and be saved today. Flee from the wrath to come. Flee from the second death from which there is no escape for all eternity. Hell is real and that is where all who serve satan will spend eternity with all their five senses where there is weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth, where the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched and there is torments and outer darkness. Please do not go there. Submit to the power of God and stop playing on the devil's territory.
