In the Hebrew, it's HYH or "hayah", or "I AM" ie The Becoming One...
Exodus 3:13-14
Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?”
God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”

1 G-d with many names, each reflecting various characteristics. The most common one, that people referred to as YHWH or YHVH is given a pronunciation by some groups. However the pronunciations came from vowels that were added to instruct readers how to pronounce it. If you study the Old Testament in the original, with the vowels, you will see that different times there are different vowels under the same letters. The most common way we are supposed to pronounce YHVH is Ah - doh - noy, and with those vowels came about the common pronunciation of Y/J e ho vah. Other times the vowels are the same for "Eh - lo- him", but many seemed to have missed that.
Again, there are so many other names found throughout the sources, but this is just the most common.

The closest to a name would be YHWH.....Or the one in
Exodus 3:14......I AM........
The name Jehovah (like the JW's falsely claim) is an addition of the extra letters.....YHWH .. to Jehovah... Jesus also was called Jehovah, as in Jehovah Jairah (Sp?), which means Jesus is my salvation..........There is a long list of titles that were attributed to God (and Jesus), but some of the other names listed here on this question are just WRONG !!!
Allah is NOT one of them !!!!!! Allah is the name of a false god, the moon god, but Definitely NOT the God of the Bible!!!

One of the first names He used to reveal Himself to man was "I AM". Those words say it all and He remains the same from Genesis to Revelations because He is everything we need from start to finish and He is the beginning and the End. The list in between is too long to fit in here and besides if we could even begin to comprehend all the titles that could describe God in our finite minds and language, there wouldn't be enough ink and paper to write it upon.

The Tao that can be named is not the Tao
Lao-tzu
Edit: Your thumbs down are incredible. How is this quote from an ancient writing threatening to anyone? Just because it is not your chosen name for God does not mean that it is worthy of your disdain. And just exactly how is this wrong in a scriptural sense?

Most suitable name is Allah. Which means None but One.
Name god is used for idols. People make its plurals for many gods they worship in India though God is one and only. People turn god into godess to call a dead women as their godess though real God had no misses.
