Fresh rose petals or silk rose petals?
If they are fresh, he should be fine, just watch him for any nausea or vomiting. Put the rest of the roses in a place where kitten can't get to them. The water with preservative might cause problems or he may get stuck with a thorn. Also, if they are in a glass vase, there is a danger of him knocking the vase over, breaking it and being cut with the broken glass.
Many years ago, I had lovely African Violets until one of my kitties can along and ate all the blossoms! Didn't hurt her, but the plants weren't very pretty.
If they are silk, the cloth can shred and this may cause him intestinal problems. Call his vet in the morning for advice.
Purrs to you and kitty.

You're kitten will be fine. They might have a tummy ache or seem a little sick afterwards, but rose petals won't hurt your kitten. Nothing will happen, you shouldn't worry, and he will be safe. No worries! My cat had eaten a foreign tropical plant leaf once and they were fine. So, you should be okay too :)

Kittens will eat plants so you need to be careful. But some rose petals will do no harm at all

Nothing to worry about. The kitten will not be hurt by this, just might have rose breath for a while...

Roses are in the same botanical family as apples and peaches so it's unlikely the petals will hurt him. They're not poisonous.
