Oil will make it look thinner and dirty. Use a voluminiser shampoo and conditioner. both suave and dove make good ones at a reasonable price

ok so when i was pregnant with my son i was losing my hair an it was thinning like crazy. my roomate has super thin hair and this helped her too.

take 500mg of biotin a supplement in the vitamin section of the health or drugstrore

and

nioxin scalp therapy shampoo and conditioner
its pricey but works wonders.

i've never heard of oils that thicken the hair, but peppermint oil and ginger oil stimulate the scalp for good circulation and growth. nettle extract coagulates oil n your hair making look fuller.
good luck!

oh, dear...
I have had the same problem all my life and I am old enough to be Ur mom for sure..

I have found out..
that U have to eat lots of veggies.. cooked and raw..
and u need to eat greens one..
plus..
use a moisture shampoo..

thin hair.. breaks off easy.. I started using John Freida shampoo.. and conditioner.. so far it is doing good.. ..
u have to cut u hair often.. to thicken it.. but I never did.. or at least trim it..
I truly wish u lots of luck..

There's no oil you can apply to your hair to make it thicker.

There are sprays/lotions that can make it APPEAR thicker, but oil definitely will not do it.

To make hair appear thicker, blow dry with your head up-side-down, then work some texturizing cream throughout.

i don't think there is any oil to make your hair thicker.
but if you have ever heard of aloe-vera plants?
probably grow one in your backyard,
cut it off. and slice it into pieces.
it contains vitamins and some sort of gel inside, apply it to parts of you hair.
and for any products try rogaine.
