First make sure she wants to be kissed by you. She will give you signs that she likes you and will allow you to get close enough. Next make sure it's in a private place, you don't want to make a show of it. It could embarrass her or you. Third don't grab her just lean in and put your lips on hers. First kiss should be short and sweet but more than a peck. Count of two is good. No tongue on first kiss. After the kiss smile and tell her it felt great.

well, u have to wait for a natural moment...if you both like eachother, then just walk together, and if shes talking, look at her smiling. she might question you, then you just kiss her.
