There's no list of specific questions. They can ask you anything. They are attempting to see if your relationship with your spouse is real of if you are just trying to scam an immigrant visa. They will ask questions that any real spouse should know the answers to. For instance, "What are the names of your wife's mother, father, brothers and sisters?"
