do you know of a product that has good photo editing and/or graphic designing software thats less then 200 dollars?

Adobe Photoshop Elements
is a subset of Photoshop which is cheaper and does real well in reviews.

I like Paint.NET and Fastone Image Viewer both which are free.

Illustrator, corel draw etc. Tablets are most useful in vector graphics editing so look for vector editors.
