5'8" 175...not from where I'm from...she ain't...word up...Also it counts on how she's carrying it. There's not a thing wrong with being thick. O yea and being skinny does not necessarily means healthy. She should be comfortable with her size unless its taking a toll on her. Like dude said more then likely all of us are over weight...As far as working out that doesnt mean healthy either...I kno some ppl tht have worked out all their lives and still had to have bypass surgery...Why something inherited...Cholesterol problems...So in this world its 50/50.
Basically just live and if it aint broke dont tryn and fix it...she doesnt sound sloppy...and even so that doesnt mean you shouldnt still have love for self.

well put it this way i am 5'7 and i weighed 170 pounds when i was 9 months pregnant with a 91/2 pound baby, i weighed 125 before i got pregnant and i was thin but not skinny. 5'8 at 175 is over weight.
but the best you can do for her is not to put her down but encourage her to exercise and eat healthy....that is if she doesn't like being that weight...if she's ok with it and feels good about herself then let her be and there would be no need to be posting this question.

Maybe a bit on the heavy side (by no more than ten lbs), but certainly not fat. I mean, I'm an inch shorter and weigh that, and everyone thinks I'm super skinny. She's fine.

she is over weight. ask her to reduce to 140-150lbs. she can follow the below tips if she want
) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
13) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.
The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

Totally depends on the shape of her frame, but judging by the height I would think that she just has a large build. I mean it was all in a bottom heavy kind of way (stomach, hips, thighs, ***) then she would be borderline, but evenly distributed i don't think so, that sounds like the dimensions of a girl i know and she's damn sexy so i don't think she should worry about it. Girls are way to concerned with their weight.

Nope, I don't think so. If she feels healthy and is relatively active she's totally perfect. The average size of a woman in USA is a size 14 - if you only look at models in magazines and on TV then she would of course feel fat. Give her a hug and tell her not to stress. She needs to love herself as she is!!!
