Milk is of no use to you.
Acid reflux would only have been a problem if this was happening after the eruption if the adult teeth i.e. after 6yo.
Do you drink acidic drinks e.g. soft drinks, juices, sports drinks, cordials, ... that could be thinning the enamel?
Your only way around this is to have some simple composite bonding placed over the outer surfaces of your teeth to disguise the translucency.

Have they been like this for awhile? I think mine always have but I never really started to notice it till a few years ago. Every dentist I go to notices it and comments on it. They said it was because when I was a baby I must have had a high fever which caused the calcium to not form completely in my teeth. Sounds weird but they have ALL told me that! I have no idea what would help it either. Kinda have a feeling nothing would help it if it was caused by what all the dentist say.

SORRY, DRINKING MORE MILK WILL NOT HELP. COWS MILK IS FOR BABY COWS.
THE ENAMEL BEING SOMEWHAT THIN TAKES ON A TRANSLUCENT HUE.
DRINKING MILK WILL ONLY HELP THE ADULT TEETH WHEN YOU DRINK MILK AS A CHILD

I am no doctor or dentist - but I think translucent teeth are hereditary. Sorry.
