There are alot of sites that you can go to, and get free Christian songs for kids, and even DL them. You can print out stories and coloring pages and have them color that, while you tell them the story of the picture.
Here are some sites listed, and I hope that they help! I always read my son stories, bake cross shape cookies and decorate, make I love Jesus t-shirts, finger paint the Noah's Arc, and sing loads of songs all the time. Going to the local park, and talking about everything that God made, and see if they can spot things that were on Noah's arc. There are some good Christian TV shows in the mornings on Saterdays on TBN, and Church is always loads of fun for the little ones! God Bless you and your family, you will be in my prayers :)

Your best bet is probably to continue what you are doing now. Also get into the Word more yourself so that as your son grows so also do you. Find a Bible teaching church in your area that suits you and start attending regularly. This will help you by allowing you to consult with other parents concerning difficulties that you run across. I don't envy you raising a child in today's world (mine are grown and my grandchildren are almost grown) but my elders said the same thing to me. If you start now and teach right from wrong and that there are consequences for poor decisions you won't go very far wrong. Prov 22:6 Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. NIV

Make up a WWJD game. Ask them a simple question about morality, put it into a story form. Something that is modern and something they can relate to. Ask them what they would do or say. Let them answer without aid. Then tell them what Jesus did. Give them points for being close and give them points for having a good answer. Give them even more points for being spot on. For the 4 year old just give him points, for answering the question irregardless. Just give points depending on how good the answers are. Use candy for points. Never criticize them for giving an answer that you think is wrong. Have fun and give lots of love.

You have a few good ideas here and a number of bad ones, but I know that you know the difference. I do recommend Veggie Tales as well. Perhaps you can rent a few at Blockbuster. Do some fun roleplaying of a Bible story too.

Sing Gospel songs and Keep God's Praise in your talks with them.
The Children sing that God's got the whole world in His hand. He really does and here is a scripture you can share with them.I has always Blessed me.
Isaiah 40:12
Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?
70% of the earth is covered by water, plus all the water underground and God can measure it all in the hollow of His hand therefore the whole earth would be like a small ball in His Hand. Praise God, Praise God. Amen
What an awesome God we serve. Amen

Visit a Bible believing and Jesus centered church in your area. They will love the Sunday school and most likely make friends with other Christian kids.
Blessings,
Jack
