It takes quite a bit of arrogance to damn fellow sentient beings to hell on your own personal whim.
Gotta go with Theists.
But we Atheists have our moments, too. No doubt.
ADD:
To "moonman" above me...it's arrogant because you're making the assumption that your beliefs are more valid than that of anyone else. Therefore, you're essentially saying, "You're wrong, come follow me because the Bible says I'm right." Respectfully...
Namaste

Arrogance is a Human trait. We all tend to be arrogant at times. I think both sides have problems with this. I do however have issue with the arrogant idea that someone KNOWS for SURE better than i do what will happen after we die. Telling someone that because they do not believe the same way that you do that they are going to suffer for eternity is pretty arrogant.

Theists are the more arrogant because most of them don't believe a person can be moral without a belief in God, And yet most athiests (like most people in general) tend to lead ethical, productive lives.
Also until 200 years ago, beginning in the U.S., theists arrested athiests, jailed them or denied them their rights as citizens of their respective countries. The U.S. became the first completely secular government in recorded history--taking no notice officially of anyone's religion, and granting freedom of (and freedom FROM) religion, according to each individual's personal choice.
Many theists at the time didn't like this. Many early American ministers denounced the Consitution as a "godless document."
Yep, when it comes to arrogance, the theists win--hands down.

bear in mind that a type of criticisms in elementary terms applies greater to a pair religions than others. I even tend to think of of the thought of nonbelievers being punished has a tendency to be plenty greater suitable in western religions than eastern religions. yet, specific, some theists are extremely abnoxious and conceited, fairly some theists of the abrahamic persuasion.

Generally speaking, I would have to say the Theists are more arrogant. Not all of them, but I think most of them do have a smug little superiority complex.

Theists try to invite everyone to come unto Christ. How is this arrogant? Of course their are arrogant people on both sides, but your point is absolutely void.
