should only criminal(people who hurt others) be guilty, but then they seem to not be guilty about it and hide and live a happy life until the end of it
if i see some movement or sound, my feelings drop suddenly and without anything going on, i suddenly feel im not going to be able to do anything properly because of this dropped feeling produced by guiltiness
i think it's something to do with the unbalanced chemicals in the brain, is there a way to reduce or remove this?
i've been feeling a lot better lately, but how to get it off permanently without any help
i got better by myself

Your parents probably made you feel this way growing up. Everything you did was wrong or not good enough. You naturally encorporated that into your system and how you look at yourself. It's good you recognize this as not always an accurate reaction to events. You are working on the tapes running in your head, telling you you're guilty. If you think it is seriously impacting your life, go see a psychiatrist. Good luck.

You should go see your doctor and be evaluated for clinical depression. A single med could help you get those chemicals in balance, and you don't have to be on them forever. Good luck.

I'm a paramedic and have dealt with just about every case you can think of. I'm not trying to insult you at all but it's sounds a lot like paranoid schizophrenia to me.

Hmmm, inferiority complex? I'm not an expert, I just have a friend who's got the same issue. I'll punch her in the arm and she'll apologize. :P
