I am african american and I know my doctor said skin type does matter when it comes to using certain products. But at this point I am open to trying anything. I have used Maderma with no real results as well as vitamin E-which helped a little, right now I have been using Palmers Cocoa Butter which seems to be okay.....I just need to see if anyone else out there who has had a breast reduction-has found a product that works really well for them.

Mederma

ScarGuard

They both worked wonders for me.

Also massage them.

Try ScarGuard. Give it time for the scars to fade BTW, it can take some time for them to fade even with scar creams.
