why would it be important who can outstare whom ? Will you still play this game after the two of you are married ten years ? It is just not important. LET HIM WIN, and move on.

If he has to keep staring at your eyes, just unbutton your shirt during the contest. He'll glance down there instantly.
If he just has to go without blinking though, that will backfire horribly... he'll stare there without blinking for hours.

Close your eyes but don't open them. It's not blinking if you don't open your eyes back up. Not sure what you will win. Just see what happens!
