well, if you know when your DT is then you can go to gnc and get herbal cleanse drink it at least an hour before your test then drink a bottle of water give it an hour to kick in and it lasts for at least 6 hours. This only works though if its a urine test and also you have to know if our drug test that day, otherwise it will be a waste of 45 dollars
