They don't. But there is a sect of Hinduism that believes it's wrong to kill anything, including mosquitos. There is a legend that at one point the gods became disgusted with humans and asked the animals whether they should destroy them, and only the mosquito stuck up for us, saying how delicious we are.
But as far as I know there's no actual worship involved.
