Bananas can fill you up, and they're full of healthy potassium.

Another good choice are potatoes...as long as you don't deep fry them. Baked or mashed potatoes can definitely be a nice filling but healthy side dish with your main course.

Beans are good too.

Anything with fiber. Fiber takes longer for your body to digest; therefore, you feel fuller longer. Vegetables are full of fiber and very low in calories. Whole grains and fruit are also excellent sources of fiber.

Peanut butter. Fats also take longer for your body to digest, so their effect is similar to fiber. Another good food with fat is the egg. Studies have shown that when people eat eggs for breakfast they eat fewer calories though out the rest of the day than people who did not eat eggs.

Final thing I would probably mention is protein. Protein is supposed to help you feel satisfied after a meal so that you don't crave foods afterwards. Alright, all pretty basic. Hope I helped you.

Some Suggestions: Cornflakes, Cereals or Porridge. Chicken, roast lamb, grilled fish and fruit salad
For snacks consider apples, bananas, manderine, apricots and vegetables (carrot sticks contain carotene) are great too.
A really good drink is water. Milk gives you calcium, it will make your bones and teeth stronger. Vegetable and fruit juice are rich in vitamins.
