can you play PS2 game (eg: Gran Turismo 4) on PS3?

All PS3's are backward compatible with PS1 and PS2 games except for the 40GB PS3. The 40GB PS3 can play PS1 games, but it cannot play PS2 games.

20gb, 60gb, and 80gb ps3. 40gb ps3 is only play ps1 games.
