Better health care.
Canada and Cuba have free health care. I have read reports that people go on "health care" tour trips to such countries to get most of their health issues resolved -- things like getting hip replacements, buying cheaper drugs, and so on.
Our health is the best business any and every government should adopt. A health population means a healthy economy.
