it does have wifi connect the ps3 to the wireless router via ethernet cable which is probably connected to your wireless internet cable box if the router is far from your ps3 your gonna need a really long ethernet cable... do this for optimum strength of internet connection of ps3....

you just have to change the settings from cabe to wireless in the network settings of the ps3....

buy from circuit city or fry's

Yep, psnetwork is loose even though which console you purchase. once you're searching for a sparkling PS3, get the 80GB. 40GB and 60GB are no longer any further in production, neither are the 80GBs anymore yet you ought to purchase them in shops jointly as inventory lasts.

none of the ps3 does not come with a wireless router. if you mean wireless adaptor(Wi-Fi) then yes it has a built in Wi-Fi. you will need a modem and a wireless router in order to be connected to Playstation Network

The 40 gb does come with Wi-Fi out of the box.

Did you just come from Best Buy several hours ago because someone from Best Buy told 3 guys that the 40 gb didn't have Wi-Fi.

The 40GB PS3 does have built in WiFi. The only PS3 that didn't have built in WiFi was the 20GB version. Every other PS3 (40GB, 60GB, and 80GB) has built in WiFi.
