it is not the officers that decide on removing a tenant. that is the judges decision.

OXYGEN MACHINE TO BREATH CAN BE REPLACED FOR TRANSPORTATION BY A TANK.

YES IF ORDERED TO DO SO. HAVE TO UPHOLD THE ORDER OF THE COURT.

IF SHE HAS NOBODY, SHE WILL BECOME A WARD OF THE STATES MEDICAID PROGRAM.

WHY IS SHE NOT ON MEDICARE AND MEDICAID?

He has no choice. He has to do as the courts ordered, or face delerliction of duty.

yes, but precautions will be taken to ensure her health. if she is without funds she can be moved to a nursing home on welfare.
