Lower dentures are more prone to get loose as the bony part of the lower jaw ,which supports the denture, after natural teeth removal , decreases in width and thickness with time as compared to the upper. You can ask your dentist for a denture adhesive as a temporary Treatment. You can go for a denture replacement . Permanent solution is to go for implant which will support the denture.

Lower dentures are tricky and can be quite frustrating. They take considerably longer to get used to and to train your mouth to keep them in place.
You have to make sure that the denture is fitting properly first off. If it is a new denture you may need to use a little adhesive at first while you are learning to wear it. Make sure this is OK with your dentist first.
You will need to practice speaking and chewing and just having the denture in and over time, your mouth muscles and tongue will learn to keep it in place. It will never be as stable as the upper but with patience can be quite comfortable.

Go back to your dentsit and or denturist and have it relined. Otherwise you can use a product like polident to hold it in place! That is if it is a complete. If it is a partial you may need to have the clasps tightened. Definately get back to who made it for you! Hope this helps.
