The Bible speaks of two types of "churches"
1.) the institutional churches made up of wheat and tares (ex. see Galatians 1:2).
2.) God's elect, the eternal church or the body of believers (ex. Colossians 1).
The spiritual church is the body of Christ, all His people.

The Cathar Church was the most "spiritual"
since it rejected the "vileness of the Incarnation", "the folly" of trust in the physical death of Jesus and bodily resurrection," the"sacrilege' of the Eucharistic Real Presence and Marriage, "carnality" of Baptism and sacraments other than the Consolamentum the "captivity" of procreation and reincarnation, etc.
Actually the catholic Church is not only the most physical as was Jesus (using material things for spiritual purposes) but is also the most spiritual among the Christian Churches with all her great saints and mystics. The Orthodox come next IMHO

The spiritual one is made up of born again belivers filled with the Holy Spirit. You will know them by their fruits. Whether baby christian or mature, they make up the body of Christ, they have no church building because they are The Church. Some of them attend a church building for religious reasons, but truly don't need to, to identify with God. They are one with Him and don't need to prove anything by acting churchy or religious or pius.

Yes, the Roman Catholic Church, founded by St. Peter, who was given the key to heaven by Jesus Christ, and was told, "I shall call ye Peter, which means rock, for you are the rock which my church shall be built upon."
