Catholic ethics condemns murder and you should read the Catechism of the Catholic Church if you want some accuracy in tell what the Church teaches.
All willful, premeditated and avoidable taking of innocent human life is murder. Killing people because they are different is murder.
The Cathar Crusade was mostly political(King of France wanted what is now Southern France) and an expression of greed ,as were the wars led by Protestants and in the name of Protestantism in Ireland against Catholics, like the "Cromwellian Extermination Campaigns", that murdered my ancestors..
All murderers are of the Devil no matter what ideological label they wear
The Catholic Church is now one of the world leaders in espousing and defending freedom of religion. You need to read the Documents of Vatican II

Killing ANYONE makes you a murderer. According to Jesus, even hating someone makes you a murderer. Murder begins in your heart, before the act even occurs.
Murder does not denote whose children you are. Remember, Moses, David, and even Saul were all murderers at one point.
Dr. Kemp -
The Crusades took place because the Roman Catholic Church translated the Bible into Latin, locked it up behind gates and said, "Thus and thus is what God says." From this we got inquisitions, crusades, indulgences and the like.
When the reformation translated the Bible into German and English, the average person could stand up to the evil popery and say "No!" for the Bible says thus and thus. Then the killing and fleecing soon stopped.

All me have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Murder is murder. We are all children of God and some have been tempted by things of the world and shall be judged accordingly. Devil was cast out of heaven and have no children. So, both of your questions.. yes killing anyone is murder and yes you are still a child or God and like any disobeying child you are subject to due rewards for your deeds.

This all depends on your understanding of the grace of God. King David was a murderer and Paul the Apostle was responsible for the persecution of Christian's in early Palestine. I expect to see both these guys when I get home. However King Herod I believe went down town because he not only killed but understood against who his crime was against and he was proud of it. Had he repented after the Christian tradition, I might bump into him as well. So what determines who belongs where is dependent on their attitude towards God after the event. Killing anyone is sin but sin can be forgiven if sought properly. Herod never considered repentance so he could be put into the negative category here. David and Paul did as did the murderer on the cross next to Jesus. Jesus said to the murderer next to him after he repented, "this day will you be with me in paradise. Unlike some religions the certainty of hope is real as opposed to a religion like Islam where one cannot know whether they are going to heaven or not untill they die. Hope this helps.

In all walks of life either christian, Islam, Hindu, Atheists, Wiccans and many others have always the tendency to kill another person because of the enticement of Satan to do bad things. It is satan who is inducing any man on earth to kill, rob, steal and other bad things.
For your informtiomn according to tahe bible, murderers are son of the Devil because they allow themselves to be govern by the devil. Understand? OK?

A popular slogan during the first Crusade, heard all over Europe:
"God says that to kill an infidel is not murder; it is the path to heaven!"
Yes, this was said by Priests and other men of religion.

How does murdering someone change who your father is? Killing anyone is murder if it is done in cold blood or in furtherance of evil deeds. And just out of curiosity, what would you call it if someone killed a non-Christian?

Murder is murder, whether it's man's law or God's...same definition, DUH! And you have to ask if murderers are of God or Satin! Read the Bible! Evilness is of Satin. God has no hand in the matter. When a person allows their anger to get the best of them, so that a murder occurs, Satin has one. I know you've heard of the 10 Commandmentments......Thou shall not kill.....HELLO!

Murder typically follows the standard definition that you find in a dictionary. It is not defined by the religious beliefs of the victim.

a million. you hold assigning the male pronoun to God; God is genderless. 2. As a manner of differentiating a appropriate noun from a uncomplicated noun, please capitalize "God." Zeus is a god, there are a number of Greek gods, there is in basic terms one Judeo-Christian God. have you ever heard of this element, it truly is talked approximately as "loose Will?" the tale is going that God made sensible beings waiting to reason and to make options through fact God did no longer choose a race of robots. God loves humanity plenty that God gave us selection. we are actually not sure in basic terms by using God's will, yet by using our very own judgements which come from our very own minds. A "sturdy parent" helps their toddler to make their very own judgements. A "sturdy parent" does no longer dictate their toddler's complete existence for them. while you are going to ask questions to electrify an emotional reaction, please gain this in a manner which you do no longer make something of the non-believers look ignorant. Many atheists and agnostics have achieved extensive examine maximum suitable as much as their determination approximately faith, and that advantage's appreciate from any stance.
