yes, and no. plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons only are done on a space available basis and ONLY covers the actual surgery.. everything else is out of pocket.. the implants, the anesthesia, the hospital stay, etc. Not every MTF offers every surgery, and the waiting list is usally years long. priority slots go to AD needing reconstruction due to illness or injury, followed by AD cosmetic, followed by dependents. there is a long screening process to even get on the list as well.

I dont know if its just one but if you can find a good excuse to get it (mental problems or health problems) you can most likely get it. For example my mother in law got a nose job done because the doctor said that it would improve her breathing. My wife also has had ear surgery, pinning them back basically and also re-constructive jaw surgery, both while we have been married.

i had one hell of a honker when i joined,
after football and fighting and just growing up,

after i got out they fixed my deviated septum and scraped off a lot off extra cartilage then necessary to make me look pretty again!!!
