You don't have to a really specific age IF you have a good reason to do it like abuse from your current household, or something like that.
But if you just want to have your sister to have custody of you, get (or talk to) a family lawyer, but make sure it's okay with your sister, and possibly your parents.
But unless you have a valid reason, there's practically no chance of your sister to have custody of you.

I'm in custody of my brother and his girlfriend. her younger brother who is my age is in her custody... like symmetry.
anyway, the only reason i'm in my brother's custody is that my parents couldn't take care of me. my big bro can. hope it helps...
i'm eleven, by the way.

Why are your parents physically or sexually abusing you ? Or do you think that you'll be able to do whatever you want with your 26 year old sister.
